In response to a request from a customer within the telecommunications sector, we developed, managed, and maintained a unified set of tools to build, share, validate, and consolidate international revenue forecasts across regions and channels. These tools leverage baseline, backlog, and pipeline data to improve sales pipeline management and forecast accuracy, supporting Finance and Sales Operations teams at all levels in delivering precise forecasts.
